This dynamic position involves inspecting properties, investigating violations, and collaborating with residents to promote safe, healthy, and compliant environments. Your proactive approach will help foster a vibrant community where everyone adheres to established codes and regulations, enhancing public health and safety for all residents. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties, buildings, and public spaces to identify code violations related to regulatory standards. Investigate complaints from residents regarding potential code violations and document findings accurately. Collaborate with property owners and community members to educate them on compliance requirements and facilitate corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports outlining violations, inspection results, and recommended enforcement actions in clear accordance with regulatory guidelines. Enforce compliance by issuing notices of violation, follow-up inspections, and coordinating with management when necessary. Maintain accurate records of inspections, violations, correspondence, and enforcement activities using standardized reporting systems. Skills Excellent report writing skills for documenting inspections, violations, and enforcement actions clearly and professionally. Ability to manage compliance processes effectively while maintaining positive community relationships. Strong communication skills for explaining complex regulations clearly to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize inspections and investigations efficiently while adhering to strict deadlines. Pay:
