$22.00 Work Schedule for position: Mid August
  • Thanksgiving is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • 5 hour days. Hours are 8AM
  • 1PM Thanksgiving
  • Mid August is Monday
  • Thursday
  • 5 hour days (
Exception:
there may be a few weekends that will be incorporated into the schedule at the end of April and beginning of May and Arts Fest Weekend) Hours are 8AM
  • 1PM.
Position includes 50/50 shared cost in Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) and part-time paid vacation, holidays, sick time.
REQUIREMENTS
The Ordinance Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing Borough ordinances regarding property maintenance, sidewalks, refuse, dogs, and housing complaints. Assists in the enforcement of Borough public health and safety regulations. Work is performed under minimal supervision with some latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by one or more years of ordinance enforcement experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
