JOB SUMMARY
The Enforcement Officer promotes the goals of the Tulalip Child Support Program by providing hands-on, personal case management of clients with the goal of consistent and long-term financial support for the children. Additionally, the enforcement officer assists in initiating court actions relating to child support and paternity.
COMPENSATION
$25.31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in customer service Two (2) years of experience working in a position that requires compliance with confidentiality Two (2) years of experience working in Child Support Enforcement or adult Social Services Experience in court processes preferred
SKILLS TESTING
Typing 35 wpm Correspondence
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES WA
State License (Personal Auto Insurance) Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required) Buccal Swab certification. •Will allow three (3) months to obtain Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a regular full-time position.
