Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Energy Title Officer to support complex, high‑dollar energy projects across the U.S., including solar, wind, battery, and utility‑scale developments. This role goes beyond traditional title officer work and focuses on researching, examining, and writing high‑liability title commitments and policies for large, undeveloped and vacant land projects. The Energy Title Officer will handle complex legal descriptions, easements, leases, licenses, and non‑fee interests, complete detailed title searches, resolve issues with internal teams and clients, and contribute immediately on active transactions. The role involves heavy research, problem‑solving, client communication, and supporting special projects related to large‑scale energy developments and infrastructure. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
