Job Description

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish for consideration. Interviews will be conducted in both languages. Thank you! Our growing law firm has an immediate full-time opening for a friendly, responsable, professional, talented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to join and support our fast paced Personal Injury Department. The Intake Specialist is the initial point of contact for potential and newly signed clients, evaluating case viability, gathering essential information, making sure all key data and documents are in place before transferring the case to the Case Management team. The candidate should have a proven track record of converting leads into signed clients. Must also be a strong communicator, multitasker, and someone who is an extremely organized, focused, self confident, self starter who enjoys speaking and following up with clients to sell our services. The right candidate will also be adept in remaining focused and on task in a busy office environment with potential distractions and interruptions. Duties Respond promptly, with a sense of urgency, to all PI leads. Conduct initial phone consultation to assess case viability, including gathering key information and details about the personal injury event. Effectively sell our services and guide potential clients to digitally sign contracts promptly during the call. Collect all pertinent documents from the client, enter detailed and efficient notes in our case management system. Confirm health insurance coverage and create timely Welcome Letter and Letters or Representation (LORs). Communicate with attorneys and/or PI Director on high-value, out of state, or complex cases to confirm approval. Obtain and review police report, notify leadership of any issue that requires attention. Willing to signup clients off-hours or during the weekend when required. Position Qualifications Bilingual in
English and Spanish:
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in both languages. (No exceptions) Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in intake, sales, customer service, or administrative role. Outgoing, confident, friendly, and caring personality who can easily reach out to clients and establish personable connections. Must be understanding, compassionate, driven, resilient, and comfortable in the pursuit of selling our services to clients. Skilled closer with the ability to entice clients to sign with our firm. Should be software savvy with several of the following or similar: Lead Docket, Filevine, Microsoft Office Suite for Mac, and Slack Internal Messaging. Technologically capable of quickly changing from one software program to another throughout the day. Must have a positive "can do" approach to work with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts/processes and positively embrace change. Hours:
Mon - Fri from 8:00 - 5:00 in our Duluth Office. Candidate can qualify for one work from home day based on performance.
