This pivotal role involves driving growth through innovative sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. As a key leader, you will shape the future of our medicolegal offerings by leveraging your expertise in business development, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Your proactive approach will ensure our services meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers, legal professionals, and insurance companies, positioning us as a trusted leader in the industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue for medicolegal services. Identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships. Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure contracts that align with company goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that promote medicolegal services and enhance brand visibility. Manage cross-functional projects to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare, legal, and insurance sectors to foster long-term partnerships. Utilize strategic planning tools to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for continuous growth opportunities. Experience Proven track record in business development within medicolegal or related healthcare/legal industries. Ideal candidate already has existing network of attorneys in Worker's Compensation or other medical areas. We are prioritizing experienced candidates only. Extensive experience with sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing high-value deals. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport with clients and internal teams alike. Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to professional services promotion is advantageous.
