Salary:
$86,503 to $145,997 Annually. Pay Grade 44.

8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday; will be required to work evenings, weekends, and during emergencies.
Other:
Valid Florida Driver's License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment.

Dixie Highway, WPB 35264 Organizes, plans, and manages the coordination of Reentry and Court programs within the Division of Justice Services, including the Adult Reentry Program, Youth Reentry Program, Pretrial Services Program, Supervised Own Recognizance (SOR) Program, Court Municipality-Based Community Services Program, and any research and development deemed necessary by the Director of Justice Services. Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and initiative to resolve problems and to develop and implement work plans. Work is performed independently under the general supervision of the Director of Justice Services and is reviewed through conferences, observation, written reports, and evaluation of results obtained.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following : A Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field; minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional work in a criminal justice agency including two (2) years of supervisory experience, OR A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field; minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible professional work in a criminal justice agency, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, OR An unrelated Bachelor's Degree; minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional work in a criminal justice agency, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, OR An Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field; minimum of nine (9) years of progressively responsible professional work in a criminal justice agency, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, OR Graduation from high school/equivalent recognized certification; minimum eleven (11) years of progressively responsible professional work in a criminal justice agency, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include experience in/with (must specify in application) : Applying criminal justice theories and practices to work, Federal, state, and local policies, rules, and regulations governing program funding and grant management.
