to lead our security team in maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment. As a key leader within our security operations, you will oversee daily security activities, coordinate incident responses, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. ENSURE ALL PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO THEIR SHIFT ARE FOLLOWING ALL UPDC POLICIES. ENSURE THAT ALL REPORTS, LOGS, AND PAPERWORK IS PROPERLY AND TIMELY REPORTED AND FORWARDED. ENSURE HEADCOUNTS ARE CONDUCTED. ENSURES OFFICERS ARE MAKING ROUND EVERY 30 MINUTES. ENSURE SHAKEDOWNS ARE BEING PERFORMED. SUPERVISES OFFENDER ACTIVITIES AND VISITATION. REPORTS PROBLEMS TO DEPUTY WARDEN SUPERVISES ALL OFFENDER MOVEMENTS. ENSURES OFFENDERS ARE SEARCHED WHEN RE-ENTERING DORM, ALL OFFENDERS WHO GO OFF-COMPOUND, COMING FROM KITCHEN OR WORKING AROUND COMPOUND. ENSURES PEACE AND MAINTAINING CONTROL OF ALL OFFENDERS. INVESTIGATES DISTURBANCES AND COMPLAINTS. ENSURES ALL POLICIES AND LAWS ARE FOLLOWED. EVALUATES OFFICERS UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION. MANAGES AND OVERSEES SEGREGATION CELLS AND ACTIVITY ANY OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
