Job Description

Supervises and directs all activities of the Senior Centers in Hardin and Lodge Grass including meal programs, health related programs, legal aid, home delivered meals, etc... Trains, schedules, assigns, evaluates, disciplines employees and volunteers under jurisdiction; helps prepare and administers the annual budget; keeps records and accounts for money received daily; prepares claims for all supplies, food and equipment. Assesses needs of seniors and evaluates programs for effectiveness and performs other related duties. Prepares reports and records on program activities for state and federal agencies; contact with clients, community and fellow employees is extensive. Supervises and directs senior program staff, contractors and volunteers. May need to fill in for cook therefore must obtain and keep current ServSafe Kitchen Manager's Certificate.
Pay:
$53,601.60 - $56,000.00 per year
