Correctional Officer

The Davis County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for a full-time civil jailer position. Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent, and successfully pass a background investigation. Applicant will be required to work a variety of shifts, weekends and holidays.

Must be:

proficient with computers; able to learn quickly and work under stressful conditions; capable of multi-tasking and working with the inmates. Upon conditional offer of employment a physical and a drug screen will be required. Some training is off-site and employee will be responsible for their own transportation.
