Starting at $23.83 to $25.96 per hour depending on experience. This position is eligible for .50/hour shift differential.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and guide youth in a safe, secure, and respectful environment. Facilitate educational, recreational, and personal development activities. Collaborate with justice partners, families, and treatment providers. Respond to crises with professionalism and compassion. Monitor safety, conduct intake screenings, and maintain detailed documentation. Support youth through positive interactions, teaching social and life skills.

People who value structure, integrity, and mutual respect. Experience working with at-risk or justice-involved youth is a plus. Do You Have What It Takes? High school diploma required ; degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to complete POST -certified Juvenile Detention Officer training within one year. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks. CPR/First Aid and other safety certifications or ability to obtain. Willingness to work flexible shifts , including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience working with at-risk or justice-involved youth is a plus.
