Job Description
Accepting applications for Part Time Correction Officer. This position has potential to become full time. Employee will be responsible for protecting and the security of inmates and their surroundings, daily operations of the jail, escorting to and from court, transporting between secure facilities, booking procedures, writing incident reports, cleaning and meal preparation. Hourly wages for 12 hour shift, no benefits. Wage of $23.25 after a probation period. Uniforms are provided. Promotion to full time basis possible as opportunities arise. Must be 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED. Work hours will be on an as needed basis.
