As a Courtesy Officer, you will be responsible for signing guests in and out of the building. Foot patrol of the grounds and community, performing walkthroughs of both high traffic and low traffic areas including areas such as laundry room and community room. Walk all hallways as scheduled. Complete daily reports and activity logs at the end of each shift. This role requires a professional and courteous individual who can maintain a high level of integrity and respect in a fast-paced environment. This position may rotate between 2 communities in a similar Louisville area. The open positions are for evening and weekend hours including some overnight shifts. Training may be during alternate time period.
