Job Description
We are seeking motivated applicants who want to join our family at the Adair County Sheriff's Office/Jail. This is not a factory job. You will be more than "just a number". This is a field that is always in demand and you will never have to worry about your position being eliminated. You will have the opportunity for advancement/management training & experience. If you are interested in a career in law enforcement this is your perfect opportunity to gain experience & training. Many of our former corrections officers have furthered their careers with several local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies! This is an entry level position at the Adair County Jail as a Corrections Officer. Our officers work a rotating 12hr schedule. Part-time my work on a 8hr schedule.
