Correctional Officer

Responsibilities Monitor inmate behavior to prevent disturbances and maintain order. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety, security, and compliance with protocols. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies using first aid and CPR techniques when necessary. Enforce rules and regulations by managing conflicts with effective conflict management strategies. Write detailed reports documenting incidents, disciplinary actions, and daily activities to ensure accurate record keeping. Assist in conducting searches for contraband or unauthorized items using security procedures. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or external inquiries to uphold legal standards. Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, security, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of CCTV systems, report writing, conflict management, and emergency response procedures. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies confidently. Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports and maintain professional interactions. Pay:
