Resident Monitor I - Community-Based Correctional Facility (West Central CCF) Start your career with purpose. West Central CCF is seeking motivated recent graduates with degrees in Chemical Dependency, Criminal Justice, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields to join our team in a therapeutic, CBT-focused environment.

Position Summary:

As a Resident Monitor I , you will provide direct supervision, support, and guidance to residents in a structured correctional setting focused on rehabilitation and behavioral change. In this role, you will: Supervise residents and maintain safety, security, and accountability within the facility Support and facilitate CBT-based programming and pro-social skill development Monitor resident behavior, enforce rules, and document activities and progress Conduct headcounts, screenings, and assist with intake/orientation processes Build professional relationships that encourage positive change Collaborate with staff to support case management and reentry goals We're looking for candidates who are: Compassionate, professional, and motivated Interested in rehabilitation, behavior change, and second chances Strong communicators able to work in a structured environment Gain valuable hands-on experience in corrections and human services while making a real impact.

Base Salary:

$20.71/hr. or $43,346.03/yr. Salary is commensurate with Education/Experience. WORK HOURS

Full-Time Security Staff 6:00am-6:00pm or 6pm-6am Work two weekends per month Off two weekends per month All Full-Time Security Staff members need to be willing and able to work whatever shift is needed.
