Job Description

Job Responsibilities Serves as the Inmate Disciplinary Recorder for Informal and Administrative Resolutions. Responsible for entering required fields in the Offender Management System (OMS), completing required disciplinary forms, and ensuring applicable time limits are met in order to assist the minor hearing officer in maintaining inmate disciplinary records in accordance with agency policy. Serves as the backup to the Major Disciplinary Recorder in his/her absence. Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire. Minimum and Additional Requirements State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
