Full Job Description Court Support Specialist Pay Rate:
18.50-19.00/hr, paid weekly
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7:30am•4pm, OT when needed

Hire Position Overview:
Under general supervision, completes and responds to customer requests via email. Contains strong skills in providing excellent customer support, effectively overcoming obstacles, ability to maintain composure & demonstrate professionalism under strenuous circumstances, and demonstrates reliability. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Job descriptions:
Provide timely response and supply requested packages in the agreed-upon format for all requests for Court Evidence Packages received via e-mail. Professionally communicate with internal and external customers on all matters related to court evidence packages. Maintain all evidence of court Dispositions and place them into the tracker system. Maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures per jurisdiction. Monitoring the status of work, identifying, and solving problems. Report any equipment-related issues timely to ensure they are resolved quickly. Escalate if reported issues are not resolved timely. Demonstrates the ability to manage priorities effectively to meet customer and departmental expectations.
Requirements:
Drug-screen and Background screening. INLETS-Fingerprints (completed by client). High School Diploma or GED. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong Multi-tasking skills. Detail oriented, good verbal and written communication. Able to lift 40lbs.. Operating or working around moving equipment such as a folder/inserter. Sitting or standing for extended periods will be a requirement. Reviewing data and/or images on a P/C Monitor, Laptop or tablet for extended periods.
