The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, efficiently check in guests, and help create a fun and welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Monitor trampoline courts and attractions to ensure guest safety Actively enforce park rules and make sure children are following instructions Check stickers to verify guest access Keep court areas clean by picking up trash and maintaining organization Respond quickly to unsafe behavior or accidents Assist guests with questions and provide friendly customer service Work closely with team members and management to maintain a positive environment Requirements Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible, attentive, and reliable Comfortable interacting with children and families Weekend and evening availability preferred
