Join our team and help create the most exciting experience in town! -Cafe Position Overview As a Café Team Member at NRG Adventure Park, you keep our guests fueled for fun! You'll prepare and serve food and drinks, ring up orders, and provide friendly, energetic service at our café counter. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness ensure every guest enjoys a safe, tasty, and memorable visit. Essential Job Functions Greet guests with a positive, energetic attitude and take food and beverage orders Prepare and serve menu items (pizzas, snacks, drinks, etc.) according to food safety standards Ring up orders accurately using our POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments Maintain a clean and organized café area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Assist with large orders for birthday parties and group events; coordinate food timing with party hosts Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergies Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Upsell café specials, combos, and merchandise when appropriate Additional responsibilities as assigned -Court Monitor Position As a Court Monitor at NRG Adventure Park, you are the guardian of fun and safety! You'll supervise all activity areas, enforce park rules, and keep energy high while ensuring every guest has a safe and memorable experience. Your positive attitude and vigilance help create an environment where families can play with confidence. Essential Job Functions Supervise guests on trampolines, ropes courses, slides, and other attractions to ensure safe play Enforce all park rules and safety procedures with a friendly but firm approach Interact with guests in an energetic, welcoming manner—answer questions and offer encouragement Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent unsafe activities Respond quickly and calmly to accidents, injuries, or emergencies; alert management as needed Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and play areas Assist with cleaning and maintaining activity areas to ensure a safe, tidy environment Support birthday parties and group events by helping organize activities and maintain order Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills Additional responsibilities as assigned -Cashier Position As a Cashier at NRG Adventure Park, you're the first and last impression our guests have. You'll greet families with a smile, handle transactions efficiently, answer questions, and help everyone get ready for extreme fun. Your positive attitude and attention to detail keep our front desk running smoothly and our guests coming back for more!
