In this role, you will be responsible for capturing a clean record and working towards creating a guaranteed verbatim transcript. Your professional approach and mastery of technology will allow for accurate reporting. Duties Show up on time Capture Clean Audio Create annotations throughout an interview-type setting with precision and speed Utilize Microsoft Word and other computer tools to create a worksheet for each job, mark exhibits, & submit jobs Collaborate with the transcription team and your ADRM to enhance client experiences with new technology Maintain organized records of sources, transcript notes, and correct spelling for easy retrieval Monitor audio to ensure you are capturing a clean record Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills for efficient creation Excellent abilities with attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated experience in legal administrative tasks or related administrative roles is a plus Fast and precise typing skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior legal administrative experience could enhance understanding of topics Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Familiarity with digital tools, audio/video programs (OBS), and multimedia content is advantageous Join us as a Digital Reporter and become a vital part of delivering crucial transcripts that form the bedrock of the legal industry.
