Weekend On Call DSP

Job Overview At Not Forgotten Home and Community Services, we provide 24/7 residential care to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We have an immediate opportunity with our Weekend On-Call team of direct support professionals. In this role, you will be on call, waiting to be engaged to work. That means you will be available by phone and if called by the on call Team Lead to cover a call off, you will report to that assignment. While waiting to be engaged from Friday at 5pm through Sunday overnight, you will be paid minimum wage. When you report to work, you will be paid your regular DSP rate in addition to the minimum wage. On call staff works a weekend rotation based on your availability and NFHCS staffing needs. The goal is to have multiple on call DSPs to rotate the weekends, working 1-2 weekends per month.
