Court Monitor

Overview Join us as a Court Monitor and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and organized environment within the jump park. As a Court Monitor, you will oversee attractions in the park, ensure adherence to rules and procedures, and foster a positive atmosphere for all participants. Your energetic presence and clear communication will help facilitate smooth operations during jump sessions, while your conflict management skills will promote fairness and order. Responsibilities Observe jumpers and ensure compliance with established rules and procedures Maintain order in the park by calmly managing disruptions or conflicts Assist in coordinating the flow Communicate effectively with visitors Support the safety of all participants by monitoring behavior and intervening when necessary Document incidents or notable occurrences during jump sessions accurately and promptly Provide guidance and support to children or vulnerable individuals present in the environment Skills Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and manage interactions with diverse individuals Proven conflict management abilities to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Experience working with children or vulnerable populations, demonstrating patience and understanding Ability to remain energetic, alert, and attentive throughout jump sessions for effective monitoring This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about working with youth while fostering a respectful environment.
