ZONE... Why? It's FUN!!! Court Monitors have an extremely important role in creating a fun and safe environment for guests. Court Monitors referee dodgeball games, run contests and challenges, engage with guests all while enforcing guest safety rules and controlling the courts. As a Laser Tag Operator for our NEWEST and
MOST IMMERSIVE
ATTRACTION, you will build excitement between teams prior to their mission to ensure the best guest experience while maintaining timely game play and equipment function. Position Profile The Court Monitor will deliver exceptional service while engaging Guests and enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. Qualifications Ability to project voice and speak in front of groups Ability to work in fast action environment while maintaining control Ability to give direction and enforce rules Ability to handle and resolve problems Must be minimum 16 years old Must have reliable transportation Availability to work week-ends and some weekday evenings. Weekday shifts also available. Responsibilities Control Guest throughput on court / laser tag arena in an organized and efficient manner Engage Guests in a friendly, upbeat manner, always advocate Guest satisfaction! Enforce safety standards firmly and command respect (deliver guest rules & instructions) Possess full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them Assist with court and equipment inspections and general maintenance duties Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts •College and High School Students Welcome to Apply•May also apply in person @ 500 Southridge Boulevard, Charleston WV•
