This role combines technology, compliance monitoring, customer service, and public safety. Key Responsibilities Install and remove electronic monitoring devices Orient clients on monitoring equipment and supervision requirements Monitor client activity and movement through electronic monitoring systems Respond to alerts, violations, and equipment notifications Document incidents, violations, and client interactions accurately Communicate with staff, community partners, and supervision agencies regarding monitoring concerns Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate resolutions Maintain accurate records and monitoring logs Support compliance with court orders, supervision requirements, and program rules Promote safety, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions Who Thrives in This Role? You're comfortable balancing customer service, compliance requirements, and attention to detail while remaining calm under pressure. This position may be an excellent fit for candidates with backgrounds in: Electronic Monitoring Community Corrections Criminal Justice Dispatch Operations Security Operations Call Centers Technical Support Customer Service Residential Programs Human Services Core Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum two years of computer experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn and navigate technology-based monitoring systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Sound judgment and decision-making abilities Customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to pass a background screening and participate in a Drug-Free Workplace Program Ability to work effectively with justice-involved individuals in a structured environment What Makes a Great Electronic Case Monitor?
