This role combines technology, compliance monitoring, customer service, and public safety. Key Responsibilities Install and remove electronic monitoring devices Orient clients on monitoring equipment and supervision requirements Monitor client activity and movement through electronic monitoring systems Respond to alerts, violations, and equipment notifications Document incidents, violations, and client interactions accurately Communicate with staff, community partners, and supervision agencies regarding monitoring concerns Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate resolutions Maintain accurate records and monitoring logs Support compliance with court orders, supervision requirements, and program rules Promote safety, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions Who Thrives in This Role?
