Investigator

Provides support for adult indigent defendants at Iron Defense, a non-profit organization that contracts with Iron County to provide indigent defense services. The position involves conducting independent investigations on behalf of indigent defendants, working closely with attorneys to uncover, document, and present evidence that supports that client's defense. Key responsibilities inculde identifying and locating witnesses, interviewing individuals, gathering and preserving physcial and digital evidence, reviewing discovery materials, photographing and diagramming crime scenes, and more.
