Community Alliance has a Fidelity and Evidence-Based position that will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's fidelity and evidence-based practice infrastructure across applicable programs. This includes coordinating and completing fidelity reviews, managing internal fidelity assessments and external review preparation, and providing program-level consultation, training, and support to achieve fidelity and EBP goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with program teams and senior administration to oversee the organization's fidelity-monitoring processes, evidence-based practice implementation, and related performance-improvement initiatives. Demonstrate advanced practice skills and consistently contribute to the provision of quality, fidelity, and evidence-based practices that provide recovery-focused services to persons served in accordance with organizational and program philosophy, goals, objectives, policies, and processes inclusive of: Promote and implement systems and strategies that enhance the effectiveness of staff in delivering direct and indirect client services utilizing fidelity modalities and evidence-based practices. Conduct routine or as-needed case and record reviews to monitor fidelity within service delivery and provide feedback, coaching, and training based on identified performance improvement opportunities. Develop, maintain, and coordinate internal fidelity review schedules and processes across programs, ensuring timely completion of assessments, inter-rater reliability calibration, and submission of required reports or documentation for internal and external review. Actively manage and oversee documentation that aligns with fidelity models and evidence-based practices within organizational record systems for all program and client records consistent with applicable statutory, regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards and organizational policies and processes. Collaborate with program managers and quality teams to ensure documentation practices reflect the expectations of evidence-based models and fidelity criteria, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans as needed. Provide active and consistent assistance and leadership in the development, implementation, monitoring, and interpretation of organizational and program training processes designed to maintain and improve fidelity and quality of services. Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation, counseling, public health, behavioral science, or a directly related field from an accredited academic institution, or a minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in behavioral health or related human service settings, including experience with fidelity monitoring, implementation of evidence-based practices, or quality assurance/evaluation activities. A bachelor's degree and an additional two years of progressively responsible experience may be substituted for the master's degree requirement at the discretion of senior administrative staff. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of evidence-based and promising practices in behavioral health (e.g., ACT, SE, IMR, FEP, CBT, DBT, IDDT, etc.) and the principles and methods used to assess fidelity and treatment integrity across service models. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in fidelity and quality assessment processes, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and the development of performance feedback reports to inform program improvement.
