$20.50- $22.00Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs) Make an Impact Every Day! Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives.What You'll Do:
Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement. Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support. Ensure health, safety, and program compliance. Transport individuals to activities and appointments. Complete documentation using electronic systems.What We're Looking For:
Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus. Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or Associates in Human Services with one year experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals or Bachelor's in any field with 6 months experience with clinically challenged dually diagnosed forensic involved, autistic or medically involved individuals Why Join Us?
