Firearms Specialist / Gun Sales Associate Super Pawn — Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Bonus Super Pawn is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Firearms Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in buying, selling, appraising, or merchandising firearms and understands current market trends and pricing. Responsibilities Appraise firearms based on condition, brand, and market value Assist customers with firearm purchases and sales Merchandise and maintain firearm inventory Help maximize sales through product knowledge and customer service Ensure compliance with all firearm regulations and company policies What We're Looking For Experience in firearm sales, retail, or appraisal Strong knowledge of handguns, rifles, shotguns, optics, and accessories Strong sales and communication skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment Experience selling firearms on online platforms is a strong plus Pawn experience is NOT required — we will train the right person.
