  • 310K A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Privacy & Cybersecurity Litigation Associate (2-4 years) to join its nationally recognized practice.
This role is open across multiple U.S. office locations and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-profile matters at the intersection of law and technology. This team is widely recognized for its leadership in privacy and cybersecurity litigation, representing clients across industries in complex disputes, class actions, and regulatory investigations. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative group handling some of the most sophisticated data privacy matters in the market. What You'll Work On Defend clients in privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection litigation in state and federal courts. Handle class actions and high-stakes disputes involving emerging data and technology issues. Advise on and respond to regulatory investigations and enforcement actions (FTC, DOJ, SEC, state AGs, and global authorities). Support and participate in security incident response matters. Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams on time-sensitive issues. Ideal Background 2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to privacy or cybersecurity matters. Experience with statutes such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, CIPA/ECPA, CMIA, CEMA, COPPA, BIPA, and/or FCRA is strongly preferred. Familiarity with regulatory investigations or enforcement is a plus. Strong interest in technology and how systems, platforms, and data flows operate. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar admission (in good standing). Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Compensation Base salary range:
$235,000
  • $310,000.
