Job Description:
The Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for defining, standardizing, and advancing Autonomous Maintenance practices across all manufacturing plants. This role operates at a corporate level, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and hands-on support to ensure the successful deployment and sustainment of AM methodologies. The specialist will partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and other Stellantis Industrial System functions to restore and maintain basic equipment conditions, improve overall production efficiency, and build operator ownership of equipment. This position plays a critical role in driving consistency, capability development, and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing network. Our Benefits

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or high school diploma with 5 years of manufacturing experience Minimum of 5 years of direct maintenance and managerial experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Lean manufacturing for maintenance Ability to manage preventive scheduled maintenance Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed
