This role operates at a corporate level, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and hands-on support to ensure the successful deployment and sustainment of AM methodologies.

The specialist will partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and other Stellantis Industrial System functions to restore and maintain basic equipment conditions, improve overall production efficiency, and build operator ownership of equipment. This position plays a critical role in driving consistency, capability development, and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing network. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of direct maintenance and managerial experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Lean manufacturing for maintenanceAbility to manage preventive scheduled maintenanceAbility to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed
