Contract Position:
Private Task Force Operative Task Force Investigation & Security LLC is a professional investigative and security agency providing reliable, lawful, and results‑driven services to attorneys, businesses, and private clients. We are expanding our contractor network across Oklahoma and are seeking motivated, professional individuals who take pride in their work and operate with integrity and discretion. Independent Contractors will perform investigative and security‑related services as assigned. This role is ideal for active security guards, Military veterans, and/or persons who have completed any number of CLEET Phase 1-5 and are looking for a flexible be your own boss style of work with tons of training and work opportunities with none of the marketing and business hassle in your way. This is a organization for people ready to make a difference in their communities as we we go after high profile cases. Assignments may include, but are not limited to: Process service Surveillance operations Interviews and statements Background investigations Evidence collection Security assignments Detailed report writing Bounty Hunting Executive security All services must be conducted in compliance with Oklahoma law and agency standards. Independent Contractor Status This is not an employee position Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, Bonds, licenses, permits, and equipment, Through TFIS does give you access to much of the equipment that could be needed. Work is not assigned but offered and as an Operative you will be able to except the work as it suits you. Contractors have access to private training facility and HQ office with available recourses. Licensing & Qualifications Must hold all required licenses and credentials to perform investigative or security services in Oklahoma
  • CLEET Phase 1-5
  • (or other assigned jurisdictions) Must maintain licensing and compliance for the duration of the contract Experience in investigations, security, or paramilitary skills preferred All applicants must successfully pass a background investigation, which may include: Criminal history check Court records review Identity verification Employment history Licensing verification Driving record review Failure to pass or refusal to cooperate will result in disqualification.
Contractors must meet a minimum physical fitness standard equivalent to the FBI Physical Fitness Test , including: Push‑ups 300‑meter sprint 1.5‑mile run Pull‑ups Failure to meet the standard may result in restriction or termination. Commission‑Based Pay Structure Starting commission: 67.5% per completed assignment Annual increase: +2.5% per completed year of service to TFIS Long‑term contractors may earn up to 100% commission Performance bonuses available This structure rewards loyalty, performance, and long‑term commitment. Contractors will have access to sensitive and confidential information. Strict confidentiality, non‑solicitation, and professional conduct are required during and after the contract term. All work product remains the exclusive property of Task Force Investigation & Security LLC.
