Job Description:
DiverseGOV is currently reviewing experienced Asset Investigators for afederal government contract opportunity with the Department of Justice (DOJ ). I f hired, you will work as an employee of Diverse Staffing Services, Inc. dba DiverseGOV assigned at the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO), Middle District of Pennsylvania in Scranton, PA. The Asset Investigator for DiverseGOV on this assignment will provide in vestigative support within the Financial Litigation Unit (FLU). This position supports asset investigations to help recover assets to satisfy debts and restitution obligations. What You'll Do Assist with planning and conducting asset investigations to identify recoverable assets tied to debts, fines, penalties, and restitution Use electronic databases and investigative resources to identify and locate assets Coordinate with government officials and private citizens as needed to advance investigations Prepare findings reports for attorney review and enforcement/collection actions Required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation Preferred Bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, or related field Apply now for consideration!
