BASIC FUNCTION
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunch and recess time. Qualifications a high school diploma or equivalent Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and supervise students during lunchtime and recess. Ensure that students follow school rules and guidelines. Keep an eye on students to prevent any bullying, fighting, or other undesirable behavior. Help resolve conflicts or issues among students. Ensure that the school premises are safe and secure during lunch and recess periods. Respond to emergencies or incidents promptly and appropriately. Report any safety concerns or hazards to school staff or administrators. Help students with opening food containers, utensils, or any other lunch-related needs. Encourage good eating habits and cleanliness. Monitor and assist with students with allergies or dietary restrictions as needed. Supervise and engage with students on the playground to ensure their safety. Ensure that playground equipment is used safely and according to school rules. Encourage positive play and social interactions among students. Maintain open communication with other school staff and administrators. Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate school personnel.
