Job Description

Part-Time School Crossing Guard National Language Services is currently hiring Part-Time School Crossing Guards to serve schools in Elk Grove, California. This position is responsible for helping students safely cross designated streets before and after school while maintaining a safe environment around assigned school locations.
Schedule:
Monday through
Friday Morning Shift:
6:30 AM - 9:30
AM Afternoon Shift:
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM School-year position
Responsibilities:
Assist students and pedestrians in safely crossing designated intersections Follow all crossing guard safety procedures and instructions Monitor traffic and pedestrian activity near assigned school locations Report safety concerns, incidents, or hazards when necessary Maintain professionalism and reliability at all times
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods Ability to work in various weather conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must successfully pass all required background screening requirements
Attendance Requirement:
This position is scheduled five (5) days per week during the school year. Employees are expected to report to all assigned shifts on time. Reliable attendance is required. Apply today. Limited positions are available and interviews will be conducted as applications are received.
Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
