Mentor 1 is responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and positive environment for students during recess, lunch and other unstructured outdoor times. This position promotes respectful interactions, encourages inclusive play, and communicates concerns to site administration as needed, contributing to overall campus safety and student well-being.
