Responsibilities Supervise students in various school settings, including classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and activity areas Implement behavior management strategies to promote respectful and safe conduct among students Respond promptly to student needs, conflicts or emergencies using conflict management techniques and first aid when necessary Enforce school rules and policies consistently while demonstrating excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents Monitor student behavior during transitions and extracurricular events to ensure safety at all times Skills Proven experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings Knowledge of behavior management techniques and conflict resolution strategies Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive practices is a plus Excellent communication skills for engaging positively with students, staff, and parents Ability to remain calm under pressure while enforcing rules fairly and consistently This paid role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about supporting student success.
