Open Until Filled The Lunch/Recess Supervisor supervises, assists, and guides students during recess and lunch to ensure the safe and efficient operations of lunchroom and recess procedures. $29.44 per hour 11:05 AM start time, with shifts lasting 60-to-90 minutes High school diploma or equivalent and over the age of 18 Essential Functions Ensures that students follow lunch and recess procedures and rules. Circulates throughout the cafeteria and recess environments and provides assistance to students on an as-needed basis (e.g., opening food packages). Assists in lunchroom clean-up. Monitors student behavior and works with students to resolve conflicts peacefully. Manages the safe and orderly movement of children in a variety of settings, including to and from the playground, classroom, and lunchroom. Maintains safe environment for students at all times. Ensures compliance with all emergency procedures and in conformity with procedures adopted by the District and emergency service authorities to ensure the safety of students. Reports safety, sanitary and other hazards to supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Preparing and maintaining accurate records. Business appropriate grammar and punctuation in English. Reading and spoken fluency and comprehension in English.
