Aug 31, 2026 Job Description The Rockport Public School District serves approximately 650 PreK-12th grade students on a two-building campus located in the picturesque coastal community of Rockport, MA which is 40 miles northeast of Boston at the tip of Cape Ann. In partnership with families and the community, the Rockport Public Schools provide a safe environment that fosters integrity, respect, and success. We promote intellectual curiosity and pride in achievement. We challenge all students to pursue academic excellence, develop interpersonal skills, and value civic responsibility. Students learn 21st century skills in order to fully participate in a diverse and ever-changing world. The Rockport Public Schools is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic educational administrator to serve as the Supervisor of Students at Rockport Elementary School. In collaboration with the building principal and their elementary school colleagues, the Supervisor of Students is responsible for fostering an inclusionary culture that allows students to feel a sense of belonging that is grounded in social, emotional and physical safety; provides opportunities for impactful relationships with peers and school adults; and is focused on personalized growth. The Supervisor of Students will support schoolwide efforts to manage student behavior and attendance. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for all aspects of the position.
