Job Description

EDU Staff Position 1) High school diploma required. 2) Experience working with children. 3) Previous work with elementary age students, staff and the school community. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all the district's policies and procedures DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Supervises students at lunchtime - in the lunchroom and on the playground. 2) Provide supervision and direction to students entering and leaving the lunchroom. 3) Direct student dismissal to and from lunch serving lines. 4) Assists with lunchroom clean-up. 5) Promotes school rules in lunchroom. 6) Works with students to settle disputes in a peaceful manner. 7) Reports student injuries to school office. 8) Must maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality regarding information pertaining to student problems/behaviors. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
