To Be Determined Job Description Morenci Area Schools is seeking an individual to fill our open morning weight room supervisor position.
PAY RATE
Per Bargaining Agreement SUMMARY To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an understanding of the strategies of the sport, an appreciation for the values of discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork, and an increased level of self-esteem.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain current CPR/AED/First Aid certification Ability to work effectively with sports coaching staff, parents, and school staff Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
3 mornings/week from the conclusion of fall sports until the beginning of fall sports (off during scheduled school breaks and summer dead period) Create and implement a general weight room work-out Record lifts, max's and PR's Demonstrate and enforce safe lifting practices Supervise and maintain a safe environment Flexible schedule (can work around personal vacations)
