Aug 20, 2026 Job Description Applicant will assist the principal and teachers in creating a positive learning environment to facilitate the personal, social and intellectual development of students removed from the regular classroom and placed in on-site suspension. Duties (include but are not limited to):- Assist students in a small group setting
- Monitor students' academic achievement during suspension placement.
- Operate all classroom and office equipment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, agencies and community members.
- Assist students with remedial work, tutor students and monitor student progress.
- Report unauthorized persons and/or damage to appropriate authority as required
- Support the value of education and the philosophy and mission of the District.
- Perform such other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the supervisor may assign.
- Attend District training as required
