On-site The Impact You'll Make As our of the Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our technical documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to all stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation that supports our products and services. You'll collaborate with various departments and take ownership of quality management systems, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future. What You'll Be Doing Manage and maintain the quality management system in compliance with
TS 16949, ISO
9000, and
ISO 14000
standards using SharePoint tools. Support internal and external audits, including tracking and implementing corrective action plans. Contribute to quality improvement projects and initiatives. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation (e.g., user manuals, specifications, online content). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and relevance. Establish and enforce documentation standards, best practices, and feedback mechanisms to enhance usability. Maintain and support compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations and standards. What We're Looking For Three (3) to five (5) years of documentation management with emphasis in quality management systems Good written and oral abilities in English Familiarity with
ISO 9001/ISO14000/IATF
Experience in use of quality management tools such as TS, Six Sigma Good computer skills of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. familiar with SAP is preferred Good ability to communicate with others and co-ordinate between different departments You could also have some preferable achievements; Preferably - have University degree: Bachelors or Masters Degree in business management or information technology Preferably - ISO/TS auditor What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
