Full Job Description Overview:
Moveras is hiring a detail-oriented Document Administrator to support our manufacturing team by creating, managing, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and has experience supporting operations in a manufacturing setting. The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining excellence in documentation to support quality, safety, and efficiency.
Location:
Salem, NH Key Responsibilities:
Create and Maintain SOPs:
Draft, update, and manage SOPs that guide operational processes on the production floor and across the organization.
Maintain Version Control:
Ensure all SOPs are current, properly versioned, and meet internal and external compliance requirements.
Organize Documentation Systems:
Keep digital files organized, categorized, and easily accessible to production and leadership teams.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Partner with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to verify that SOPs accurately reflect real-world practices.
Support Training Efforts:
Help train staff on new or updated SOPs and answer documentation-related questions.
Audit Readiness:
Assist with internal and external audits by maintaining well-documented and compliant SOP records.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Recommend and implement enhancements to the document control process to increase efficiency and usability.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years in an administrative or documentation role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or other DMS tools is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently Familiarity with compliance or regulatory documentation preferred
Education:
Document Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field is helpful. Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a bonus.
