Job Description

Position Overview CYH Technology USA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized QAQC Assistant to support quality assurance, quality control, and project administration activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating training requirements, and supporting overall project execution. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Project Administration Assist with QA/QC documentation, tracking, and compliance activities to support project quality objectives. Prepare and submit client quotations, invoices, payment applications, and related project documentation. Monitor project progress and support project teams in tracking deliverables and key milestones. Assist with maintaining quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements. Training Coordination & Compliance Coordinate required employee training programs and certification schedules. Monitor training completion status and maintain accurate training records. Track employee compliance with project and client training requirements. Meetings & Site Support Participate in project meetings, quality meetings, and site walks as required. Record meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding issues. Support field personnel and project teams by collecting and organizing project-related information. Documentation Management Compile, organize, maintain, and archive project documentation, including procurement records, quality documentation, financial records, and project correspondence. Ensure all project files are complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Support document control processes and ensure timely document distribution and filing. Team Collaboration Work closely with project managers, engineers, QAQC personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support successful project execution. Assist in communicating project requirements and resolving administrative or documentation-related issues. Administrative Support Perform general administrative duties to support daily QAQC and project operations. Assist with data entry, reporting, document preparation, scheduling, and other assigned tasks. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, quality control, project coordination, or administrative support preferred. Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. Preferred Skills Experience supporting QA/QC, construction, semiconductor, industrial, or manufacturing projects. Knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation systems. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis. Experience with project management or document management software is a plus.
