Job Summary:
Supports document control activities by updating, auditing, and maintaining controlled documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to document control practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Update and format procedures, work instructions, and forms (Word/Excel/Visio)
  • Maintain logs and trackers (Excel)
  • Create/update process flowcharts, tables, forms (Word/Excel/Visio)
  • Perform document audits: formatting, proofreading, and reference verification
  • Apply version control, numbering, and change tracking
  • Support document release, distribution, and archival
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio
  • Experience with document editing and version control
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred:
  • Document control or quality systems experience (ISO 9001 / AS9100)
  • Exposure to audits or regulated environments
