Experience in Critical Care or ED is a plus
weekends will not typically be required UNLESS survey is on site

Ensure timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to CMS-defined grievances
Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation
Facilitate and monitor RCAs and FMEAs, including corrective action plans
Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness
Maintain continuity of critical risk management and patient safety functions
Review Medical Records for Mortality Chart Review BLS required Inpatient Acute Care exp required
