Activity Therapist & Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Activity Therapist & Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our Day Program team. This dual-role position combines direct therapeutic engagement with essential clinical documentation responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with program staff to ensure both high-quality client programming and accurate, timely documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Experience as an Activity Therapist or in a similar therapeutic role Strong creativity Good interpersonal and public communication skills Excellent computer literacy Fully fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
