POSITION SUMMARY
This temporary position will support Quality and Compliance teams by scanning, organizing, and archiving CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) records and preparing documentation for storage with Iron Mountain. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential records while working in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Management Scan CAPA records and quality documentation Verify document accuracy and completeness Organize files according to established procedures Prepare records for archiving and long-term storage Records Archiving Coordinate document preparation for Iron Mountain storage Maintain document tracking logs Ensure proper filing and indexing of records Support record retention activities Compliance & Confidentiality Handle confidential information with discretion Follow company document control procedures Maintain accuracy and data integrity Ensure compliance with quality and record retention requirements Administrative Support Update spreadsheets and tracking systems Assist with document retrieval requests Support quality and operations teams as needed

High School Diploma required OR associate degree in:
